Cleaning Machines LM 175 S

LM 175 S solvent cleaning machine was built in 2000 in Italy by AMA UNIVERSAL. The machine is used for the effective removal of oil, grease and other contaminants from workpieces, machine parts and tools. Cleaning takes place inside a closed work chamber using perchloroethylene (PER). A basket with dimensions of 550 x 300 x 300 mm and a load capacity of 80 kg enables cleaning of a larger number of parts. Once the cycle is complete, the used solvent is fed into the filtration and distillation system, where it is cleaned and prepared for reuse. This solution reduces the consumption of the cleaning medium and helps to lower the machine’s operating costs.

The LM 175 S is also equipped with an ultrasonic cleaning system with a power of 1200 W and a frequency of 23000 Hz. The use of ultrasonics helps to remove contaminants even from hard-to-reach surfaces, including holes, gaps and various types of recesses. The machine’s compact design facilitates its integration into an existing production line or parts preparation station.
