This is a 150 liter pressure cooker (FES 150) from the premium manufacturer Küppersbusch (now Phoeniks), (002153). Emptying is carried out without any problems via a safety emptying tap. The pressure cooker has an electronic temperature controller as well as a KCI touch panel control (Inovative).

The device has undergone a major inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The pressure cooker is completely unused and in top condition.
