KUKA KR 150-2-TJ industrial robot was manufactured in 2001 in Germany
by KUKA AG. This multifunctional machine is the ideal solution for
automating industrial processes that require precise and reliable
operation. Using the DeviceNet network protocol, it is possible to
connect and configure the robot with any device, such as a conveyor
gripper, welding head or plasma torch.
Over the past few years, the KR 150/2 robot arm has undergone a full
service and has been comprehensively prepared for operation. Some of
the many overhaul works included a performance test of the inverters
and motors, checking and adjusting the robot's gears, as well as
replacing the batteries and the input/output module (Balluff) in the
controller.
