The Krones VarioFlash B is a highly efficient flash pasteurization
system designed for the thermal treatment of products.
It was developed specifically for the microbiologically safe filling of beer, beer-based mixed drinks, wine, and fruit juice spritzers.
Performance range: The VarioFlash B was designed specifically for small breweries and is particularly well-suited for an output range of 18 to 45 hectoliters per hour.
Compact design:
The entire flash pasteurization system (in the compact version) is sized to fit inside a single container. This significantly simplifies transport, installation, and on-site commissioning.
Gentle preservation:
Equipped with dynamic PU (pasteurization unit) control and an adapted hot-water circuit, the beer is heated extremely gently ("express pasteurization") to optimally preserve its flavor.
High energy efficiency:
During production stoppages, the patented "Eco-hygienic Sleep Mode" ensures that energy and water consumption are reduced by up to 90 percent—without compromising microbiological safety.
