Depalletizer KRONES Robot 3A

Overview This Krones Robot 3A unloading robot, manufactured in 2003, is designed for the automatic handling of full beverage crates on Euro pallets. The system is used for unloading complete crate layers from pallets. The machine handles actually 1.0 l PET crates in an 8-crate layer pattern and is configured for crates with dimensions of 400 x 300 x 310 mm on Euro pallets measuring 1200 x 800 x 144 mm. During operation, a mechanical gripper head lifts a complete layer of beverage crates from the pallet and transfers it horizontally within the unloading area. The system is equipped with an MTS 10 operator panel, showing program operation and pallet handling status. The working area is protected by safety fencing and access doors.
