KRAUSS MAFFEI KM 300-1900 C1 injection moulding machine was built in
2007 in Germany by KraussMaffei Group GmbH. The machine, which is
distinguished by its reliability and high performance, is used for the
mass production of plastic parts of various colours, shapes and sizes.
The parts are produced using the injection moulding method, in which
the plasticised material is clamped with high press force. The process
involves, among others, a high-precision mould clamping system
operating at a force of up to 300 tonnes and a WITTMANN robot. The
parts produced in this way are characterised by high repeatability,
durability and precision. The KM 300-1900 C1 injection moulding
machine weighs approximately 15 tonnes.
