Manufacturer's warranty:
Years 1 to 5 (Smart Warranty): Full material warranty including short-term replacement service and coverage of freight costs within the EU.

Years 6 to 10 (Smart Warranty plus): Since the device has less than 25 kW of power, the free extension takes effect from the 6th year of operation. From the 6th year onwards, KOSTAL will continue to cover the repair costs, but from then on you will have to bear the pure replacement and freight costs yourself.

Requirements for activation

Deadline: The free Smart Warranty must be activated within the first 6 months after initial commissioning via an online user account in the KOSTAL Solar Webshop. Without this registration, only the legal minimum warranty of 5 years applies.

For years 6–10: In order to receive the Smart Warranty plus for the full 10 years, the PV system must also be registered in the KOSTAL Solar Portal.
