KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 6 kW fiber laser was built in 2018 in Poland by
POLCOM Przemysław Kimla. The machine is designed for the precision
cutting of sheet metal with maximum dimensions of 3050 x 1550 mm. The
combination of proven technical solutions with reliable components
makes the KIMLA POWERCUT LF 1530 an excellent solution for both unit
and series production.
The cutting process utilises a stable fibre-optic beam generated by a
high-performance 6 kW IPG laser source. The PRECITEC cutting head,
equipped with an advanced focusing lens system, ensures optimal laser
beam geometry for various types of materials. This solution enables
very smooth and even edges on the workpieces.
To increase production efficiency and minimise downtime, the POWERCUT
LF 1530 laser cutting machine is equipped with an automatic pallet
exchange system. This system enables simultaneous loading and
unloading of material during machine operation. The cutting process
parameters are programmed using a CNC controller with an intuitive
interface. All this is complemented by a comprehensive range of
equipment, including, among others, an industrial dust extraction
system and a cooling device. The total weight of the machine is 10000
kg.
