The 2-wave shredder KS 1000/2 is a powerful shredder that has a completely mechanically machined, solid grinding chamber.
It is composed of 4 parts which are completely plugged into each other and screwed together,
this gives an enormous stability and is very maintenance-friendly.
The machine is powered by 2 high-performance electric motors that drive hexwaves running against each other via high-quality and robust planetary gearboxes 2. The hexagonal shafts can be equipped with individually made cutting discs of different thicknesses. The grinding chamber of the KS 1000/2 is double protected by wear plates and wear rings and is therefore completely armoured against K5757253 wear.
