Powder Coating Equipment ITW GEMA control

Pistol Control Modules: The many stacked bays on the right are ITW Gema PGC 3 control units. Each module regulates the high voltage (kV) and compressed air supply for a single automatic powder gun.
Central control: On the left are the Micro Panel GF1-10 display as well as control units for axis and lifting device movement (A-Z, A-X, B-X) and conveyor belt control.
Safety & add-on parts: The OLAER control cabinet cooling unit (for cooling the electronics) and a PAGG fire alarm and extinguishing control panel are also installed on the sides.
The cabinet thus controls the entire automatic coating process – from powder conveying and gun settings to hoist and safety control.
