High-speed labeller for 2.25 ml Ypsomate Autoinjectors.

The machine line consists of an automatic pallet management system for the autoinjectors packed on pallets in trays:

a) Integrated Full Tray De-Palletizing with a first FANUC robot, which places the trays on a conveyor belt. On the same machine, the empty pallets are palletized with empty trays by a second FANUC robot.

b) Machine where via the conveyor belt, trays transported with autoinjectors arrive at the next FANUC robot. This robot will pick up the autoinjectors in the laying position from the trays and put them upright into the feeder to machine c). The emptied trays will be transported back to M5858273 machine a), where they will be M5858273 picked up and put onto an empty pallet.

c) Fully autom. rotary labelling machine IMA, type Sensitive Roto 720. Machine with two label dispensers for faster reel change (no downtime).

Output: up to 250 pcs/min. Retrofit to Ypsomate Pro or to 1 ml size possible.
