Overview These HERPASA self-emptying stainless steel tanks, designed
as 30,000 liter autovaciante tanks, are suitable for wine production
and similar beverage processing applications. The tanks are installed
as a group of vertical stainless steel vessels and are equipped with
bottom cone discharge systems for efficient product emptying and
solids handling. The tanks are manufactured from AISI 304 / AISI 316
stainless steel and feature a 45° bottom cone, rectangular access
doors, cooling jackets, temperature monitoring, product connections,
and an internal mechanical extraction / rotating discharge system. The
available drawings and photos show a robust industrial tank
configuration with cooling surfaces, lower discharge equipment, and
external piping for wine circulation or transfer. The tanks are
particularly suitable for applications such as fermentation, storage,
cooling, wine processing, and controlled product discharge, especially
where self-emptying functionality is required. The visible
installation includes at least four tanks of similar construction.
