Works great and looks really nice
It heats up nice and quick in a matter of minutes and cools down quick, the fan speed is adjustable. I only used 18kg batches, the first roast takes around 18 mins and then around 13 to 15 minutes per batch.
The roaster is on wheels so easy to move around. It plugs into a normal wall socket and is connected to gas mains, it can be converted to LPG. It comes with the USB wire to connect to the computer for reports
