CVI II Controller
From simple start-ups to complex sequence applications – with up to 20 phases and 250 cycles – for optimal speed, accuracy and operator comfort on every connection.

The controller has various interfaces, including an Ethernet port, an RS232 port and 7 logic inputs as well as 8 logic outputs (24 volts).

The CVI II controller can be used to control a handheld power tool of the ER series or a stationary screwdriving spindle of the EM series.

It is important to note that the CVI II can also be used in combination with a transducer-controlled angle wrench such as the Desoutter ERA40J, which has a torque range of 8 to 40 Nm and a 3/8" output.

Storage capacity
Between 2,500 and 8,500 screwdriving results per station depending on the number of cycles and operating mode (asynchronous or synchronous).
