The GEA PowerPak thermoforming machine is specially adapted to different applications (vacuum, MAP, shrink, topform, skin, zipper, medical and technical packaging).
Conversion to other packaging is easy and format changeover is quick and takes place in a few simple steps. To adapt this equipment to your needs, the Powerpak Thermoformer-Sealer can easily be completed with various integrated upstream and downstream components.
A powerful conveyor chain securely grips the lower web of the feed drum. A precision servo motor indexes the web throughout the machine process. The length of the index is programmable on the HMI and stored as a recipe parameter.
The loading area is accessible from both sides for several operators. Powerful GEA membrane sealing system for reliable seals and constant peel forces. Toggle toggle punches for semi-rigid lower strip with central adjustment of cutting forces.
