Scope of supply: Each ORC skid has its own heat exchangers for evaporation and condensing of the refrigerant (working fluid). You would need to install a water heat source and a water cooling circuit, no cooling towers or blowers are included with what we have in storage.
Condition: These units have been decommissioned and been in storage since May 2016. Unit 1 and 2 had a report of an MBC fault (magnetic bearing controller). Unit 3 has several parts missing due to a failure in the power electronics. Some parts of the Power electronics, PLC, speed drive for the refrigerant pump are missing. Unit 4 had a failed heat exchanger and filled the ORC with water, would need stripping to determine the full extent of the repairs needed.
Extra: These units run on a working fluid (refrigerant R245Fa) that does not come with the units as this was sent for recycling after commissioning. This will need to be purchased and filled during installation and commissioning.
