FLADDER 200/GYRO-1000 VAC deburring machine was built in 2018 in
Denmark by Fladder Danmark A/S. The machine, designed for the precise
removal of burrs, edge rounding and surface finishing of metal parts,
is an excellent solution for both small and large production plants.
The combination of proven solutions with reliable components ensures
high machining repeatability over the entire service life.
The finishing process is performed fully automatically by conical 6
spindles, arranged in pairs on a gear head. The spindles
simultaneously rotate around their own axes and perform an orbital
movement, enabling machining in all directions. This design guarantees
a uniform surface finish regardless of how the workpiece is positioned
on the conveyor belt. Each spindle is additionally equipped with the
Lock-it system, which facilitates the fitting and balancing of the
abrasive brushes.
The FLADDER 200/GYRO-1000 VAC is equipped with a conveyor belt made of
several layers of synthetic material covered with rubber for improved
friction properties. The drive system used ensures precise belt
guidance throughout its service life and minimises its wear. The work
area is protected by shields with windows, which allow the machining
process to be monitored. The shields also feature elements that reduce
noise and limit the spread of contaminants generated during operation.
All this is complemented by an intuitive touchscreen control panel,
which allows full control over operating parameters and easy
configuration of the machining process. The FLADDER 200/GYRO deburring
machine weighs 1500 kg.
