FANUC M-710iC/12L robotic welding station was built in 2014 in Japan
by Fanuc Corporation. All components of the welding station are brand
new. It has never been in operation after purchase.
The FANUC M-710iC/12L is a state-of-the-art welding system designed
for automated arc welding of structural components with even the most
complex geometries. The machining process is performed by a FANUC
6-axis robot, distinguished by, among others, its clever design and
robust arm with a large range of movement. The arm’s reach of 3323
mm and a payload of 12 kg enable the welding of complex workpieces,
while maintaining a highly dynamic and repeatable process. Directly on
the machine body, a reliable LINCOLN ELECTRIC wire feeder is placed,
which ensures dynamic and accurate feeding of the welding wire. The
welding torch, in turn, is automatically cleaned at predetermined
intervals by the ABICOR BINZEL cleaning station, which injects a
special anti-adhesion substance into it. This solution significantly
extends the service life of the torch. The FANUC M710iC welding robot
is also equipped with a number of additional functions to facilitate
the daily operation of the machine. These include, e.g. the TAST
function (automatic tracking and correction of the welding path) and
the Touch Sensing function (automatic detection and compensation of
workpiece displacement).
The welding station is fully complete and consists of the following
components:
– robot arm: FANUC M-710iC/12L
– controller: FANUC R-30iB
– welder: LINCOLN Power Wave S500
– ABICOR BINZEL torch with liquid cooling and full set of hoses
– torch cleaning station: ABICOR BINZEL BRS-CC
– welding wire feeder: LINCOLN AutoDrive 4R100
– cooling unit: LINCOLN COOLARC 50
– portable control unit (pendant): FANUC iPendant
– set of cables for welding positioners
