FANUC Arc Mate 100iC robotic welding station was built in 2019. The
system configured for fully automatic MIG/MAG welding of workpieces is
the perfect solution for the production of e.g. electrical cabinets,
metal structures or agricultural equipment. The machining process is
performed by a powerful industrial robot which, in combination with a
rotary table, enables the machining of workpieces with even the most
complex shapes. All the components of the workstation are integrated
inside a single structure, making it easy to install or reposition.
The MOTOFIL ROBOTICS MONOBLOC MCT1110 robotic welding station consists
of the following parts:
– robot arm: FANUC Arc Mate 100iC
– controller: FANUC SYSTEM R-30iB
– welding source: KEMPPI A7 MIG Power Source 450
– welding positioner
– wire feeder: KEMPPI A7 MIG Wire Feeder 25-LH-EUR
– ABICOR BINZEL torch cleaning device with welding wire cutting
system and oil injection
– M5851405 vertical safety curtains
– servo-motor driven track
– fixed guards
