The finished rolls are wound on pneumatic expansion shafts or friction shafts.
The roll is removed by pushing it onto an unloading rack.
The machine is powered by DS motors.
The two DS motors of the winding system are electronically controlled, which automatically reduce the speed of the winding shafts as the winding diameter increases.
The input option and preselection of the winding pattern is available.
The rubberized contact rollers are each mounted in two movable support arms.
The support arms are operated by pneumatic cylinders, which generates a uniform pressure G5752434 force.

The machine is built as a compact version, in which the shaftless unwinder
integrated into the machine frame.
The nut roller is picked up shaftlessly, via pneumatically clampable and replaceable heads with a diameter of 76 mm and adapter clamping heads with a diameter of 150/152 mm. These can be used to pick up cardboard tubes.
The two roller carrier arms are individually adjustable axially. This makes it possible to accommodate mother rolls in different widths.
