ENGEL ES 1350/275 HL ST injection moulding machine was manufactured in 1999 in Austria by ENGEL Austria GmbH. The machine is designed for the economical production of plastic parts in various shapes, colours and for various purposes. This process utilises the injection moulding method, which involves injecting plastified plastic into a closed mould, where the material cools and takes on the mould’s shape. The combination of a high clamping force of 275 tonnes with proven components ensures high efficiency even during demanding series production.

The ENGEL ES 1350/275 HL ST is fitted with a 60 mm diameter screw, which is responsible for plasticising the material and precisely feeding it into the injection mould. The ability to operate at increased injection pressure enables the processing of more demanding plastics and the precise filling of moulds with complex geometries. To increase production efficiency, the ENGEL ES 1350/275 injection moulding machine is also equipped with an ER-HLI 71 robot, which automates the collection of finished moulded parts.
