Malt Mill Sommer Maltman 110, capacity 150 kg/h
This Maltman 110 malt mill is suitable for micro- and small breweries and micro-distilleries Malt kernel is crushed to produce grit, whereby the flour proportion is low and the husk remains largely intact. This enables the ideal preparation of the malt for the brewing or distilling process, and it also provides a natural filter layer for purifying. It has two rolls which one is driven by an electric motor with belt drive. Rollers made of high-alloy steel - fully through-hardened and regrindable. Roller distance is infinitely variable and it can be quickly adjusted. Malt mill has inbuilt magnetic separator and foreign body ejector. Mill was manufactured in year 2019 by German Egon Sommer and it is in very good operational condition.
