DOOSAN DNM 4500 CNC machining center was built in 2022 (purchased as
new in 2023) in South Korea by DN SOLUTIONS. The machine, designed for
precision machining of workpieces with a maximum weight of 600 kg, is
equipped with a number of reliable components that ensure
uninterrupted operation for many years of intensive production. The
machining processes, i.e. drilling, threading and milling, are
performed inside a large work area by means of cutting tools and a
powerful spindle with direct drive. All this is complemented by the
intelligent SIEMENS CNC controller, in which advanced machining
programmes are created in just a few steps. Throughout its entire
service life, the machine has worked for just 83 hours. The DOOSAN
milling center weighs 5000 kg.
