Equipment for the production of milk with a longer shelf life using
the gentle process
The product is heated to 65°C in counterflow, heated to 130°C by
steam injection in less than 1 second and then cooled down again in a
very short time by evacuation. Further cooling is carried out by the
incoming product in counterflow and ice water. Extraordinarily gentle

The entire system, except for the homogenizing machine, control
cabinet, plate apparatus for heat recovery and cooler, is installed in
a soundproof container. As a result, assembly costs and transport
costs are kept to a minimum.
