The Corazza FB 230 is a proven solution for forming, filling and wrapping hotel-sized butter portions. The system works fully automatically and feeds the finished portions directly to the integrated cartoner (box packer).
Condition & Maintenance:
The machine is in a good, good running condition. The housing has been visually freshly painted/painted. A technical plus: The vacuum pump included in the scope of delivery has been completely overhauled, which guarantees absolutely reliable paper and cup vacuuming. The system is handed over on a pallet ready for transport (see photo 1.jpg).

Product feed: Hopper infeed with robust twin screw drive.
Precise paper feeding: Feeding is done directly from the roll, precisely controlled by a photocell paper correction unit (print mark control).
Hygienic design: main components of the filling and parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel; separate control cabinet made of stainless steel.
