Output product: cheese blocks Length: approx. 500 mm Width: approx. 300 mm Height: approx. 100 mm. Final product: Division into 5: 300x100x100 mm Division into 3: 500x100x100 mm Division into 6: 250x100x100 mm Edge bands with leftover trimming. Functional description: Cheese blocks are placed manually on a driven inlet belt and pushed onto a ramp. The ramp is placed in a horizontal position and the block is centered by a system of lateral pressures. The ram is automatically moved and the block is cut into the appropriate number of bars towards the long side. After cutting is finished, the ram is withdrawn and the ramp is raised to accept the next block. The cut bars go to the second cutting section.
