The AL 2010 Expert is a high-performance CNC milling machine of the proven AL series – developed for professional applications with the highest demands on precision and reliability. With its robust mechanics, modern drive system and integrated control system, it is ideal for prototype construction, small series production and a wide range of milling jobs in aluminium, plastic or wood.

Guide & Drive System:
The drive concept is based on special rollers with double ball bearings on the X and Y axes, which run without backlash on precision-guided round profiles. A total of 12 rollers ensure smooth running, precision and durability – free of typical sliding wear or deflection.

The Z-axis is prismatic and offers maximum stability for repeatable results – perfect for demanding 2D and 3D machining.
