Used stainless steel homogenizing mixer by Brogtec (CH) model MH-8. Mixer has total volume of mixing chamber 10 l and working volume about 8 l. Tank is rising and lowering manually. Has bottom discharge outlet and possibility to discharge by manual tilt. Working pressure range - mixing chamber from vacuum till 29 PSI (2 bar). Heating jacket up to 43 PSI (3 bar). Working temperature range - mixing chamber from 32 - 250 F (-1 to 120 C). Heating jacket - from 89 - 250 F (31 - 120 C). Mixer is equipped with anchor with wall scrappers type agitator, vertical ribbon agitator and hi-speed homogenizing mill. Anchor and ribbon agitators are driven by gearbox and el motor 0.3/0.44 kW, 1660/3260 rpm, 460 V, 60 hz. Working rotation of vertical ribbon agitator is about 124 rpm, working rotation of anchor agitator - up to 62 rpm. Hi-speed homogenizing mill is belt driven by el motor 0.3/0.44 kW, 1660/3260 rpm, 460 V, 60 hz. Working rotations from 2755 up to 5379 rpm. Mixer is equipped with local vaccum pump and heating device by GMK type teco 60. Machine has local control panel.
