Complete line for filling cans
Very good condition!
We have used the system for dry pipe tobacco. It can be used for all easily free-flowing products, such as spices, nuts, seeds, gummy bears and many other types of food.
All components of the line are matched by an experienced team and have been used as a complete line. If you want to fill easily free-flowing product into cans or even first into bags and then cans (both possible), then this is the perfect line for you.
The system can be filled into tubular bags as well as directly into cans.
The entire line has a capacity of 30 cans/minute. Some components of the line, such as the capper and the labeler, even have a significantly higher capacity.
Adapted for 400 ml cans, we used Obeck and Polipack and both ran perfectly. Other can formats are possible, but the system can be adapted (extra costs are incurred for this).
The facility consists of:
- 14 head multihead weigher with automatic product feed from Chinese manufacturer (don't be deterred, the parts supply is very good and there is a technician in Germany. In addition, the system runs extremely reliably!
- Flow-wrapping machine with Siemens control system
- Can filling from Wellman Anlagentechnik GmbH
- Can display from Tölke with automatic can feeding (cans can be filled by carton)
- Bosch screwdriver with automatic lid feeder (lids can be filled in by box)
- Labeling machine for lid and side labels from Herma
Alternatively, a screw can also be offered for the feeding, so that the product can be filled directly from Eurobins and filled automatically.
