Used vertical, mobile, stainless steel AISI 316L reactor by BOCCARD (France) with a total capacity of 577 l. Reactor has a working volume of 300 l and is designed to operate at pressures ranging from -1 to 0,5 bar and temperatures up to 110 ºC. Internal dimensions: diameter 880 mm, length of straight wall line to inspection manway 800 mm. The heating and cooling jacket made of stainless steel AISI 304 has a capacity of 35 l and is designed to operate at pressures up to 3,5 bar and temperature up to 145 ºC. The jacket is insulated and clad with stainless steel sheet. Reactor has welded dished top equipped with inspection manway, with internal diameter 350 mm. Also in the top head there is a vertically downward P6331183 installed homogenizing mixer, directly driven by an electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW, 400 V, 960 rpm, 50 Hz. Reactor has welded dished bottom with central discharge outlet and manually operated valve. Machine is mounted on an integrated frame with 4 wheels and an electrical cabinet equipped with an frequency inverter.
