Blobel Spill Barrier can be rotated on one side
The ideal solution if you want to secure the area of a lifting platform or dock leveller.
The barrier is stationary and can be rotated on one side, easy to handle, versatile and flexibly convertible from manual to automatic.
The rotating and clamping device is permanently mounted next to the opening to be secured and sealed against the structure. The locking body is screwed into the swivel joint and stands vertically next to the opening in the resting position. It is secured against unintentional folding down in accordance with the UVV.
In the event of an emergency, the fuse is unlocked, the leak lock is folded down and locked in the clamping device. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a secure seal.
In the basic version, the barrier body is folded down manually, and an automatic system can be retrofitted.
Mounts and blocking bodies are preferably powder-coated in RAL 3020 (traffic red). The remaining metal parts are K5727004 galvanized or made of aluminum.
Suitable for crack-free substrates with minor unevenness of the floor, e.g. concrete, checker plate and tear plate according to DIN 59220, tiles, stone.
