Very nice and young Bitzer water-cooled ammonia water chiller(s) built in a machine-room container with mechanical cooling. This Bitzer chiller consists of a frequency controlled Bitzer screw compressor (brand Danfoss), WEG electric motor 250 kW, horizontal oil separator, oil cooler, combined economiser/liquid separator, Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger evaporator, Alfa Laval plate heat exchanger condenser, Grundfos speed controlled pumps and a control cabinet with Siemens PLC and touch screen.
The above mentioned capacity is at +18/12°C in/out and a flow rate of 143,7 m3/h. and a cooling water supply +40°C in (out +48°C) and flow rate of 119,5 m3/h. Both cold water and cooling water are filled with 30% glycol. For the layout drawing, P&ID and name plates of the chiller see PDF!
