For sale is a system that was used for the sorting of frozen fruit for
the foreign body rejection.
The system then weighs and packs them into tubular bags.
Functional sequence:
Transport via incline conveyor to the vibrating table for separating the fruits.
The fruits then reach the BEST laser system LS 9000, which detects foreign bodies and blows them out by means of approx. 80 air nozzles.
Lasers can be reprogrammed by running so-called good goods, i.e. goods without defects, through the machine.
The laser recognizes the surface structure on the basis of a point cloud and thus knows what is good or bad goods.
The product then goes to the conveyor belt with L5763026 metal detector and visual inspection
Finally, the fruits are transported again via an incline conveyor for weighing and filling into tubular bags.
Weight per bag can be between approx. 10 to 25 kg.
