Dispensing system for capsule 16-fold with
Packaging automation
Abstract:
The capsules are removed from the open form with the
removal arm.
On the removal arm, the presence of the parts is
controlled.
As soon as the removal arm reaches its end position in the robot
the parts are turned with a 180° turning station.
After the turning process, the capsules are stacked directly horizontally.
A separate stack is formed for each cavity.
Once the stacks have reached a number of 24 pieces, all of them are
Stack ejected into a buffer.
This buffer is driven by a vertical movement with a servo motor.
As soon as all 16 stacks are in the buffer, it moves each level to the
level of stacking table. Once a S5731321 series has reached this S5731321 level
all 4 piles are pushed onto the table.
From this table, the stacks are then moved by means of a 6-axis robot
automatically packed into the boxes.
