ATMSolutions ATMS 1325 CNC milling machine built in 2017 in Poland is
designed for the production of both small and large parts made of e.g.
aluminium, plastic or wood. Distinguished by its state-of-the-art
solutions, the machine performs the machining process on a large
vacuum table using a powerful, water-cooled spindle. The steel frame,
by increasing the overall rigidity, makes it possible to achieve
unprecedented precision and accuracy in machining, removing any
vibration and deformation. In addition, the X and Y axes are equipped
with trapezoidal guides with gear drives with bevel teeth, thanks to
which excellent dynamics and feed repeatability are achieved. This is
complemented by an intuitive CNC control with professional CAM
software that supports G-CODE and .nc commands. The ATMS 1325 CNC
milling machine weighs 1000 kg.
