Bundle packers ATLANTA Rafaello

This PET bottle packaging machine was used in a bottling line for mineral water in PET bottles and packaged bundles of small 0.50-litre and 0.25-litre bottles onto a tray the width and length of a pallet, which then passed through the palletiser.

Thanks to this machine – particularly for small-format bottles – the pallets of finished product are perfectly conditioned on each layer and also on all four sides of the pallet. See the diagram in the advert and the photos.

With its flexible capacity, the machine is ideally suited to end-of-line packaging operations for bundles of small bottles at an average capacity of 12,000 to 18,000 bph.
