AMP VBF-60/60/100-1.5 horizontal vacuum furnace was manufactured in
Poland in 2012. The machine, which has a horizontal construction with
a large cylindrical heating chamber, is designed for, among others,
annealing, degassing, brazing and hardening of long workpieces with a
maximum weight of 600 kg, without the risk of deformation.
The AMP vacuum furnace ensures that a constant temperature of 1180°C
is maintained throughout the treatment, due to the insulation inside
the heating chamber in the form of a graphite mat fixed to the chamber
casing by molybdenum rods with graphite composite pads. The capacious
heating chamber also contains heating elements, charge holding
supports and cooling nozzles through which cooling gas flows during
the cooling cycle. All parameters, such as vacuum, temperature course
and cooling gas pressure, are programmed in a special controller,
installed in a separate control cabinet. The total weight of the
VBF-60/60/100-1.5 machine is 10000 kg.
