AJAN SHP 130 plasma cutting machine was built in 2021 in Turkey by
Ajan Elektronik Servis San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. The machine has been
regularly serviced. In 2024, the SCT260 torch was replaced with a new
one.
The AJAN SHP 130 is designed for the precision cutting of sheet metal
with a maximum thickness of 30 mm. Plasma cutting is performed using a
reliable torch in accordance with a pre-programmed cutting programme.
The plasma source ensures high energy efficiency and stable operating
parameters, even during intensive use. The work table with a length of
3000 mm and a width of 2000 mm is equipped with an integrated fume
extraction system, which effectively removes contaminants generated
during cutting, improving operator comfort and safety.
The plasma cutting machine is controlled by an advanced CNC controller
with an intuitive interface. The machine operator also has at the
disposal CAD/CAM software with an automatic nesting function, which
optimises material usage by appropriate arrangement of 2D shapes on
the sheet metal. All this makes the AJAN SHP plasma cutting machine an
excellent solution for industrial plants specialising in the
production of precision parts for various industries.
