ACCTEK AKM2030 CNC router was built in 2020 in China by Jinan Acctek
Machinery CO., Ltd. The machine is designed for the precise milling,
cutting and engraving of parts made from materials such as wood, MDF
and plastics. Its large work area, combined with a stable design,
makes the machine ideal for both one-off projects and mass
production.
All machining processes are performed using a high-performance
electro-spindle with a maximum speed of 24000 rpm. The rotational
speed and torque are controlled by an inverter, allowing the operating
parameters to be adjusted to suit the current task. The
electro-spindle is also equipped with a cooling system, which helps
maintain stable parameters during intensive use of the machine.
Individual axes are driven by high-torque stepper motors. These move
along precision linear guides, ensuring accurate positioning and
repeatability of the parts produced. The ACCTEK AKM2030 is also
equipped with a special sensor that automatically detects the tool’s
position. This solution reduces the risk of collisions and enhances
the efficiency of the entire process.
The ACCTEK AKM2030 2000×3000 router is offered with a wide range of
equipment, which includes, among others, a PC with control software,
two vacuum pumps, each with a power rating of 5.5 kW, and a chip and
dust extraction system.
