ABB 2-Station Welding Robot Cell
You are bidding on a professional, fully functional 2-station robot welding cell for continuous industrial use.
The system is ideal for automated and highly efficient MIG/MAG welding from small to large series (e.g. in automotive or mechanical engineering).
Thanks to the clever two-station principle (shuttle table/parallel stations), the operator can safely insert new components or remove finished workpieces on one side, while the robot welds productively on the other side.
Plant Components

- Robot control: Reliable and robust ABB S4 / S4C generation
- Programming handset: Original ABB Teach Pendant with joystick for precise teaching (teaching) of welding paths.
- Additional axes: Both stations have synchronized, motorized rotary axes (nameplate: ABB / ELMO, type: PS 60/4-50-P-LSS-3985) for optimal positioning of the workpiece in the tray process.
2. Welding technology (Carl Cloos Schweißtechnik GmbH):
- Welding power source: Cloos GLC 503 QUINTO (powerful 500A MIG/MAG system)
- Cooling: Integrated liquid cooling (water cooling) for maximum burner head duty cycle.
