The sorting machine additionally includes: a platform, a chiller ~3.5kW (for cooling), a flake feeding system (by fan), suction of good flakes and feeding into a packing cyclone + cyclone/bunker + big bag frame with pneumatic cylinders, suction of bad flakes into a cyclone (separate from good ones). We sorted 1-1.3 tons/hour of sufficiently quality PET flakes.

Stock# U2347-1 Used mixer by Buhler (CH) type SPM-50-HT with butterfly/tri-foil agitator for work on vacuum. Mixer has contact parts designed in non-corrosive steel. Mixing shaft has length about 1750 mm and is equipped with butterfly agitator, with three paddles and external diameter 1040 mm. Top cover is equipped with two pneumatic accutators and fits mixing pans with diameter 1100 mm. Cover can be rised up to 500 mm. Agitator is belt driven by el motor 45 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 hz. Mixer is hydraulically risen about up to 90 cm. Machine is equipped with local control panel by Siemens with touchpad and electric cabinet. Machine is also equipped with hydraulicaly operated post for mixing can. Working pressure in mixing tank can reach 0.3 bar. Machine had been working on paints. Mixing pan is not included.
