Reactors SINCLAIR STAINLESS FABRIC

Used Sinclair Stainless Fabrications vertical reactor of approximately 15,000 liters in 316 stainless steel. The unit measures approximately 2,300 mm in diameter x 3,540 mm on the straight side. It has welded upper and lower heads with a concave shape. Internal design pressure rated at 3.6 bar/full vacuum at 165°C. It has a stainless steel outer jacket with a limpet-type coil, with design pressure of 5.5 bar at 165 °C. The unit has a stainless steel top-mounted agitator with 4-blade turbine blades on 2 levels. Driven by 45 kW motor/gearbox with double mechanical seal.
