Complete Wild Goose Glass Bottle Filling System – suitable for beer, cider, cocktails, carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, kombucha, wine, and other beverages.
The system includes:
• Meheen counter-pressure filler with six filling nozzles
• Crown cap sorter
• Bottle rinser
• Two interchangeable bottle cradles for different sizes
• ML labeller
• Inkjet date coder
• Large hopper for crown cap feeding

All Wild Goose Meheen filling systems are fully pneumatically powered, with no motors, gears, or bearings—ensuring long-term durability and minimal annual maintenance.

The counter-pressure filler features CO₂ double pre-evacuation to remove air from bottles before filling, as well as an adjustable CO₂ rapid pulse before crowning to eliminate foam. A responsive auto-fill detection system monitors inlet pressure at the start of each fill cycle and automatically adjusts fill levels to compensate for any pressure changes.

The semi-automatic rinser is activated when the bottle cradle is inserted, and water flow stops when bottles are removed for filling.
The complete system is operated via a user-friendly, full-colour touchscreen HMI running Wild Goose software, allowing both automatic and manual operation.
